INGREDIENTS

Xinyan Cake Flour 210g
Baking Powder 3g
Baking Soda 2.5g
Cocoa Powder 15g
Butter (Softened) 189g
Brown Sugar 210g
Egg 197g
Milk 54g
Chocolate Paste 10g


PROCEDURE

1.Preheat oven to 175°C.
2.Sift and mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, butter and brown sugar. Blend well at medium speed for 1 minute.
3.Add in the eggs gradually, while mixing at medium speed for about 5 minutes until smooth.
4.Gradually add in the milk and chocolate paste and blend well at low speed.
5.Pour the batter into 6 inch round metal baking tin and bake for 40 minutes.
6.Let it cool before remove from mould.
