VEGETABLE CRISPS

INGREDIENTS

Xinyan Cake Flour  300g
Water  375g
Chopped Spring Onions  30g
Chopped Fresh Beans  80g
Sliced Onions  50g
Sliced Carrots  80g
Sliced Cabbage  80g
Chopped Chilli (optional)  7g
Salt  ¾ tsp
Pepper  ½ tsp
Chicken Seasoning Powder  ½ tsp
Cooking oil to fry





PROCEDURE

1.Put self raising flour, salt, pepper, chicken seasoning powder and water in a big bowl and mix well.
2.Add all the vegetables one by one and mix well to form a soft batter-type dough.
3.Cover with cling wrap and rest the dough for about 1 hour.
4.Scoop about ¼ cup of the dough with a ladle and place it into the hot oil.
5.Spread it and deep fry until golden brown.
6.Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
